CORE PROGRAM
MY SUCCESS is a fifteen-session program that brings together our three core programs, creating a panoramic view of a client’s current leadership.
Investment
Delivering value to our clients is paramount. Our programs are an investment of both time and money, a commitment that we take to heart.
Each program can be taken à la carte, in any order. However, if a client enrolls in all three programs, the three are offered together at a discounted rate of $10,000, delivered over a 15-week period.
At program completion, the client is provided a personalized Bespoke Leadership Profile.

MY LEADERSHIP
Leveraging One’s Limits
My Leadership is a five-session program that helps leaders craft clarity around their unique leadership profile. We believe that people follow leaders because of their judgment. In this program, we will clarify how the client, as a successful leader, uniquely assesses the value of a given opportunity, when their decision-making is impacted by specific environments, why the approach they characteristically take defines how they act as a leader, and finally, how they manage and vent in stressful situations.

MY CULTURE
balancing the Tension
My Culture is a five-session program and is a companion to My Leadership. This program helps leaders explore and expand on the practices they use to be a healthy person and how they can cultivate a healthy culture within their organization without diminishing their effort as performers.
We believe that the true limit of your success is determined by both cultural vitality and organizational excellence. In this program, we clarify how the client, as a successful leader, balances the ongoing need for improving organizational excellence with the tension of also investing in the practices that cultivate values like Connection, Safety, Creativity, and Stability, which are essential elements of healthy people and a healthy culture.

MY LIFE
Valuing the Cost
My Life is a five-session program and is a companion to My Leadership and My Culture. Here, we help leaders explore and expand how they show up as leaders with those closest to them. No leader is one dimensional. We spend a lifetime investing ourselves in what we prioritize.
My Life offers high-capacity leaders the time to reflect on their priorities: where they have wrapped their identity, where they pour their energy, where they have intentionally invested for legacy, and where their aspirational Self dreams of being. By the end of the program, our clients will have a clearer sense of their unique intangible identity within the main priorities of their lives.
